Colleges by the River caters for those who are looking for vegetarian options. Fresh from our ovens is a scrumptious vegetarian lasagne. It contains layers of sweet potato, pumpkin, roasted zucchini, mushroom, spinach sauce and mozzarella cheese. Served with a garden salad.
Our cafe also has big vege burgers made from roasted sweet potato, lentils and a pinch of curry powder. The patties are coated in breadcrumbs and sesame seeds. They are served on a burger bun with lettuce, tomato and beetroot. Relax, and enjoy life under the huge shady tree on our deck.
